Heather Fulbright is the Vice President HR Director for First Community Bank and has been employed with them since 2000. She was born and raised in Cushman, AR and still lives on the farm she grew up on. Fulbright has been married for 19 years with two children who attend the BSD. Heather has served on the Batesville School District Board for six years. Fulbright’s father served 27 years on the board and her grandfather served 23 years, she plans to keep the family tradition alive.
