Batesville School District's Strategic Design Framework

After community input was gathered and analyzed as a part of the Batesville School District’s strategic planning process, a full strategic planning report was presented to the Batesville School District Board of Directors for review and approval in April 2026.

About BSD's Strategic Planning Process

Batesville School District is committed to ensuring every student has access to a high-quality learning experience. To help guide the district into the future, district leaders launched a comprehensive strategic planning process.

The strategic planning process began with community engagement and a needs assessment. Stakeholders then collaborated to develop the strategic plan through a series of meetings and workshops this spring.

There were several opportunities for stakeholders to get involved. The district engaged a series of focus groups to seek input from across the district and community.

In addition, the district hosted two community Summits on February 17 at the Batesville Performing Arts Center. Both sessions covered the same information, and attendance was open to all students, parents, staff members, and community members.

After community input was gathered and analyzed as a part of the Batesville School District’s strategic planning process, a full strategic planning report was presented to the Batesville School District Board of Directors for review and approval in April 2026.
